Flights 428 €, apartment 356 € and transfers 38 € add up to 822 € for travel and accommodation. 2. Restaurants and cafés add 168 €, a 10% buffer adds 99 €; divided by two, that makes 544.50 € per person. 3. Comments sit right next to the numbers, and the result is labelled “Budget per person”. 4. The apartment costs 296 € instead of 356 €: every total below updates at once, the buffer drops to 93 €, the total to 1,023 €, and the amount per person to 511.50 €. 5. The calculation is saved as a document and opens again from the document list. - [Download the video (MP4, 1.1 MB)](https://www.calctape.com/video/en/calctape-ios-6.1.0-demo.mp4) ## Screenshots CalcTape 6.1.0 on iPhone and iPad: a travel budget with labelled items, subtotals and contingency. - On iPad, the document list sits beside the tape and the large calculation keypad below it. – https://www.calctape.com/img/manuals/ios-6.1.0/en/ipad-tape-light.webp - The same travel budget on iPhone, including the share per traveller. – https://www.calctape.com/img/manuals/ios-6.1.0/en/iphone-tape-light.webp - K2 with powers, roots and tax keys; the travel budget stays visible on the tape. – https://www.calctape.com/img/manuals/ios-6.1.0/en/iphone-keypad-light.webp - Descriptive document names for travel, a quotation, café, solar energy and other projects. – https://www.calctape.com/img/manuals/ios-6.1.0/en/iphone-documents-light.webp - Language, theme, rounding and font sizes in the app settings. – https://www.calctape.com/img/manuals/ios-6.1.0/en/iphone-settings-light.webp - The larger iPad settings dialog temporarily hides the calculation keypad. – https://www.calctape.com/img/manuals/ios-6.1.0/en/ipad-settings-light.webp ## Manuals - [View manual](https://www.calctape.com/en/md/manual-ios.md)
